How to find your true self

Before you get out of bed to begin a new day:
Sit cross legged, hands open palms up on your knees. Close your eyes and feel the energy within. Notice how it feels within the entire space of the human body in which you currently reside. Relax and settle into your being. Take a deep breathe, settle in a little deeper and notice if any thoughts are flowing through your mind. If there are any, just listen in. No need to analyze or categorize them as positive or negative. Just listen and observe. Notice that you are the listener. You are not your thoughts, your mind, or your body. You are the power within it.
