One Moment of Silence

One Moment Please.  Please take One Moment to be still and silent.  This is the best, most important thing you can do for your mental health and physical well-being.

Sitting in Silence for just One Moment is like rebooting your computer and clearing all the cookie clutter.  It gives the mind a break.  This allows the body to relax.

If you don’t do this, Morning, Noon and Night, overtime your mind and body will get all clogged up with bull-shit that doesn’t matter except for the fact that it’s making you sick and tired.  Nobody wants that…correct?  If you do, by all means…continue to do as you do.

For those that can feel therefore understand the importance of this information:  Set your timer.  Start with One Minute a day if Three Minutes (One Morning, Noon, and Night) seems like too much.  To tap into your silence is to give yourself care and love.
